ABOUT SARAH
Sarah is a trauma-informed healer, intuitive guide and sacred space holder. She guides sensitive souls to uncover unconscious patterns, rewrite limiting stories and create the life of their dreams. Her work blends astrology, tarot, energy healing and somatic practices to support deep emotional, spiritual, and karmic healing. Sarah empowers her clients to trust their intuition, reclaim their power and align with their soul’s deeper purpose.
Sarah holds certifications and backgrounds in a number of different modalities including Western and Medical Astrology, Akashic Records and Reiki Healing, Compassionate Inquiry, NLP and ICF Life Coaching and The Feminine Code Priestess initiation. Yet her true gift lies in her ability to weave ancient wisdom with her own soul’s magic, creating personalized healing experiences. She has guided clients around the world in 1:1 sessions, workshops and sacred retreats, offering sessions in English, French, and Spanish.
MY HEALING JOURNEY
The deep initiation to my healing journey began while living in New York city. I had a lonely and challenging nine years where I struggled with depression, self judgment, lack of confidence and the feeling of not belonging. Everything shifted during my final year in New York as I began to connect with my intuition in a deeper way and discovered the world of energy healing. The healing modalities that I learned helped me to navigate many intense life transitions that all came together: the passing of my father, the ending of my life in New York and a solo move across the world to China where I would began the next chapter of my soul’s journey.

I grew, evolved and discovered while living in Shanghai that my deeper soul mission was to be a healer. My intuition guided me to leave a stable 14 year career of teaching, take a leap of faith and start my own business. My seven year chapter in Asia came to a close in 2022 with the sudden loss of my brother and a challenging two month lockdown in Shanghai. I returned to the US, solo again (aside from my two Chinese rescue cats) to begin the next chapter of my healing journey. Over these past years I have gone into the depth of deep ancestral trauma, healed the relationship with my mother as she moves through the ending stages of her life and uncovered the many layers of conditioning that blocked me from fully owning and stepping into my power. My experiences of going into the depth of the deepest and darkest pain and transforming this pain into love revealed to me my ultimate path of service. I realized that my dharma was to hold space for others navigating similar trauma, helping them to transmute their shadow into light and discover their inner power.

As an empath (Libra Sun and Pisces Moon), I’m deeply in tune with other people and their needs. Healing helped me to shift patterns of people pleasing and taking on energy that wasn’t mine, to create healthy boundaries in my relationships, step into my power and embrace my own authentic unique gifts. As someone who spent her life feeling that she never belonged or fit in, my healing journey has helped me to develop unshakable confidence in knowing and owning who I am, in embracing my deeper authenticity and sharing my light with the world.
I believe that each person has the power within to heal. As we take responsibility for our individual healing journey, we help to raise the vibration of the collective consciousness and pave the way towards a new earth.
